1. Definitions

- “User” / “Customer” – Any person using/accessing the Website
- “Order” – A confirmed purchase request
- “Product” – Goods or services listed for sale
2. Eligibility
Use of the Website is available only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (i.e., 18 years or older and of sound mind).
3. Account Registration

4. Product Information, Pricing & Payment
- Product descriptions, prices (in INR), and images are for reference; minor variations may occur.
- Prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as specified.
- Payment may be made by UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable), in compliance with RBI regulations.
- Orders constitute an offer; acceptance occurs only on shipment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order in case of errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or unavailability. Refunds, if applicable, will follow RBI timeframes.
5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
- Delivery timelines are indicative; we are not liable for delays outside our control (logistics issues, natural calamities, etc.).
- Title and risk pass to the buyer on delivery.
- Incorrect delivery information or failure to receive shipment may incur redelivery charges.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Returns and refunds are governed by our policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
- Eligible products can be returned within 7 days in original condition; exceptions apply for perishable, custom, or health/safety products.
7. User Obligations
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any law in India
- Engage in fraud, hacking, or dissemination of viruses/malware
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Misuse our Website’s features (abuse, spam, etc.)
