Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order till its in “processing” state.
  • If the order is ready to dispatch or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, and you may consider returning the product as per our Return Policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing or description errors
    • Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
    • Failure to comply with our terms and conditions

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

  • Products can be returned and refunded only if they meet the conditions listed below and within the stipulated return period of 7 days from date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
    • The product should be in the same condition as received without damage caused by user negligence.
  • Returns must be initiated by notifying customer support and following the return instructions provided.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed through NEFT on the bank account details user shared while filling out return form subject to payment gateway timelines and banking processes.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refund amounts may be adjusted for any applicable restocking or handling fees if disclosed beforehand.

4. Cancellation Refund Handling

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch and have already paid, your refund will be processed via original payment method
  • Refunds for cancellations after dispatch are handled only through product return.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Personal hygiene products, intimate apparel, and products marked as non-returnable.
